Kneeling Hip Abduction & Chest Press
Kneeling Hip Abduction

Place the Flat Bench in front of the Vektor Station. Use the Vektor Ankle Straps and attach them to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the position that equals the bench. Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips. With your knee and hip bent to 90 degrees, lift your leg out to your back. Control the leg back to the starting position and repeat.

Chest Press

Place the Weight Bench in front of the Vektor Station. Use the Specialized Vektor Multi-Action Flat Bar and attach it to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the position that equals your chest when seated. Hold the bar with both hands and push the bar forward. Slowly bring it back to the chest and repeat.
