Place the Flat Bench in front of the Vektor Station. Use the Vektor Ankle Straps and attach them to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the position that equals the bench. Adjust the height to the hole in the position that equals your chest when seated. Hold the bar with both hands and push the bar forward. Slowly bring it back to the chest and repeat.
