Use the Specialized Vektor Glove and grab a suitable weight plate. Attach your glove to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the lower position. Sit in front of the Vektor Station Base 1-2 steps away. Root into your sit bones as you lift your feet from the floor, keeping your knees bent. Elongate and straighten your spine at a 45-degree angle from the floor, creating a V shape with your torso and thighs. Hold the weight plate and use your abdominals to twist to the right, then back to center, and then to the left. That finishes 1 repetition. Repeat the movement for several repetitions.
Front Leg ExtensionPrepare a chair that can step on. Use the Vektor Ankle Strap and attach it to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the lowest position. Place the chair in front of the Vektor Station Base with a foot stepping on the chair and the other foot on the base. Turn your body to the lunge position. Pull the cable while lifting your back leg and return to the lunge position repeatedly.
