Use the Specialized Vektor Glove and grab a Med Ball with suitable weight. Attach your glove to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the higher position. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and hold the medicine ball just below your chest. Lift the ball high above your head, making sure to maintain a firm hold. Bring the ball down to a slam on the side of your body. Squat to pick up the ball, being sure to bend your legs, and bring it back to the starting position.
Pull-throughGrab a dumbbell or weight plate with a suitable weight. Use the Vektor Belt and attach it to the Vektor Station. Adjust the height to the hole in the lower position. Stand in front of the Vektor Station Base with back to the Vektor Station. Assume a stance that is wider than shoulder-width with your feet straight or pointed out no more than 15-30 degrees. Begin the movement by bending at the waist and pushing your hips back towards the machine. Keep pushing your hips back until you feel a nice stretch in your hamstrings. Pause for a second and reverse the movement by extending at the hips. Ensure that you squeeze and activate your glutes at the top of the movement. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
